Recruitment Specialist
Typical Accountabilities
- Develops strong relationships within the Global Recruitment organization to gain input to the development and implementation of marketing strategies, processes, and standards for measuring success
- Ensures all communications messages and materials deliver continuity of messaging with the overall corporate position and adhere to brand guidelines
- Strategically supports College Relations and Conference/Career Fair participation to ensure consistency in messaging and materials for brand and skill set targeting
- Facilitates Social Network Feedback and Communication: Monitor the AZ Recruitment Social Network sites, liaise with appropriate area, and draft fitting response to inquirer
- Assists the line managers with the analysis of each channel, including employee referral scheme, job boards, social networks, emails, events, ads, various sites and campaigns
- Delivers the Global Employee Referral Program - TalentScout and coordinates the process, to targeted segments throughout the AZ organization
- Works with Recruitment Marketing agencies to develop and/or review all recruitment communications intended for use with candidates /applicants /new hires. Ensures consistency with recruitment brand strategy, positioning and messaging:
- Gathers and analyzes candidate feedback from various sources
- Supports College Relations and Conference/Career Fair participation to ensure consistency in messaging and materials to these audiences
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Experience in managing the recruitment process
- Professional Degree
